Virtus Solutions provides digital marketing and AI automation services for businesses, including AI chatbots, appointment booking systems, lead-capture funnels, and automated email and SMS follow-up. Services are delivered online. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed with each client before work begins.
Services are offered as a one-time setup fee and/or a monthly subscription, as agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Program: Virtus Solutions SMS. By opting in through the SMS consent checkboxes on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Virtus Solutions at the phone number you provided.
Message types: Non-marketing messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation scheduling, customer service updates) and, only if you separately opt in, marketing messages (special offers, discounts and new service updates).
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the Virtus Solutions SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
